If you make pizza and serve it in a pizza tin like restaurants do, then you need this. It's sturdy and raises the tin up out of the way so you have more usable counter or table space. It's well made and plenty strong. I use it with 14-16 inch pizza pans and it just works great. Everyone ends up in the kitchen anyway, so this frees up valuable counter space so people can sit at the counter and eat while I prep the pizzas. Great product.
