We don't make Aebleskivers often, but without the pan you know how hard it is to do. I finally broke down and bought this pan so I could make them (and Takoyaki balls in the near future!) It is absolutely perfect, and so cute hanging on the wall with my other cast iron pans! It's small, but the price will convince you that you NEED this! Season it well before using and you won't be disappointed.
