I've used norpro pans for baking bread, and they are great. When my old muffin pan was warping, and as the family grew, I needed a second pan. Now, I'm going to toss the old muffin pan and buy a second one because it works so much better. Even making cornbread muffins without the liners, it didn't stick when I used a small amount of cooking spray. And that was always a bear to clean! I've always bought the liners for making blueberry muffins, and they didn't stick either when used this new pan and a little cooking spray. Great quality, easy to clean...what else norpro can I buy?
