Finally, a non stick pan that really works on my induction stove! Pan has a thick stainless bottom plate, not rings that inconsistently attract to the stove’s magnets. Unlike other pans with rings or ridges, the heat distribution is evenly spread across this pan. The handle is very long, which could present a storage problem for some folks, but that won’t affect my rating. Yes, it cost more than other pans but was well worth it.
