I love these pans! I think sausage and egg molds, cornbread, pigs in the blanket. The only reason I lowered the rating was the cast quality, especially the deburring. Care must be taken not to cut your hands on poorly deburred areas. Take some time to deburr and you will have nice breakfast pans. Excellent price for both pans!
