使い勝手がとても良いサイズです。なぜ今まで買わなかったのでしょう？と。側面が垂直なのも良し！何より気に入ったのは、裏側。IHで使用してますが、大抵のフライパンは模様の様な突起が有りますが、こちらはフラットなので汚れても洗い易い。熱伝導に関しては、普通かなぁ。使い始めたばかりなので耐久性は分かりませんが、テフロンは次々買い換える派なので、お値段なりでOKと思ってます。
