Pie pan was uncovered/unwrapped (no packaging - bulk type item) and received it with a couple of dents in it. I contacted Crestware directly and they mentioned it was dishwasher safe... NOT DISHWASHER SAFE!!! I mean, you can wash it but it will oxidize the coating on it and you are gonna have a tough time restoring it to use again. Learned my lesson.
