Good ? feel and overall qualityPurchased this pan to fry just one egg at a time. It does the job. Very happy with my purchaseI'm tired of non-stick pans that burn the food and are difficult to clean. This square frying pan is my answer.This pan lives up to its great reviews. Easy to clean and doesn’t tip on the burner. And the nonstick coating is very durable. However, the exterior coating on the pan is not. I use the pan to fry an egg or two. I crack the eggs on the side of the pan, and the egg whites ate thru the finish on the outside the first time I used the pan. This is the only pan I have that does this. I didn’t even know this was a thing.Love this pan! So easy to clean! and the steam hole makes it even more fabulous.Great quality and not too heavy. Square frying pans are so much more useful. Love that it came with a lid because finding a square one is a real project. Couldn't be happier with my purchase.I really like this fry pan. I've had so many fry pans that have been called "non-stick", but this one is truly non-stick. I've noticed that does take an extra minute for the heat to get through the thick base to the fry pan, but once it does, it cooks evenly, and nothing sticks. And I particularly like the glass lid that has a tiny vent hole - don't miss that added feature. It keeps the lid from steaming up without letting much heat out of the pan. It cleans up so easily. I even like the very sturdy handle with a material that gives you a good grip.What I like about this pan:-It truly is non- stick. Stuff slides right on out, and nothing is stuck to it-It is very easy to clean. Once cooled, Just use hot water and a sponge-Food cooks evenly. But this is where we get to the part of my dislikes.What I don't like about this pan:-Food cooks evenly, as long as you take the handle off, or hold onto the handle while pre heating it and cooking things. The pan doesn't lie flat on burner, unless you do so. So, I chose to remove the handle, and use an oven mitt to move it off of stovetop and slide stuff onto my platesIs It Worth It:-Yes, and No:- For the price, I could have gotten a larger size, which I wasn't wanting at the time. The weight would keep the pan lying flat, because of the larger size. But, I wanted a smaller sized pan. So, I have my smaller pan, that is truly non stick. However, I had to remove the handle to get it to lie flat on the burner. Even with that, I think the pros outweigh the cons.Nice ceramic pan and having a lid is definitely a useful feature. I noticed that like all ceramic pans I've used, this one also curves and becomes slightly bulging in the centre when it gets hot, which means the oil settles on the outside edge of the pan rather than the centre or in the main cooking surface. This seems unavoidable whichever brand of pan I use, and the only thing I find annoying when cooking with ceramic coated pans.Muy buen tamaño, me encanta que tengan tapaderas. Fácil de limpiar.
