I have one of these that makes bigger donuts, thought I'd try a smaller version. This works just as good. Followed the recipe on the package for cake donuts, then used spray butter then sprinkled a cinnamon/sugar mix on. Also tried shaking powdered sugar on, and a cookie frosting cover.I was trying recipes from ExcelenteI bought this and the We love donuts, but needed a healthier option, so I ordered one of these pans to try baked donuts. Everyone loved the first ones so much I quickly realized I needed another pan. I made the cutest little tasty mini donuts for a gender reveal party. I am looking forward to trying many different recipes. The pans are nonstick, but I give them a quick shot of nonstick spray and wipe with a paper towel. It took just a little practice to figure out how much batter to make a symmetrical donut. Don't overfill. I see lots of mini donuts in our future!This is perfect! I ordered it because I wanted to try making pumpkin spice mini donuts which ended up being a hit everywhere I brought them! Admittedly when I made them I overlooked the part of the recipe that toldMe to spray the pan so the first time I made them I did not spray the pan and they still came out without an issue. So the second time I tried with now spray and they came out mostly without an issue but stuck in a couple spots. Bottom line the pan is great and you can remove the donuts easily even if you forget to spray. Highly recommend.Great Mini Donut pan. Nonstick easy to clean. I'm going to order another one.All 5's as far as I can tell as my wife loves this.
