This is the first time I’m using this yoshikawa since I bought it. On the picture you will see unable to remove marks/stains after cooking. Disappointed for this expensive product.I am blown away by the quality of this pan, i have All Clad, deBuyer, Matfer and nothing can even hold a candle to this product. It Took me three minutes to season the pan, and it has Become completely non-stick.Followed all the instructions, still it rusted. Food turned black.It chipped after a few monthsYoshikawa pans are the best I've ever used - light weight and easily seasoned and perfect right out of the box.I've gotten rid of all my heavy cast iron cookware in favour of using these pans - induction ready, they heat up faster than the CI's and after a few uses, eggs slide right off, no sticking.I have the full range of Yoshikawa pans and highly recommended.A must have for every kitchen. I use it regularly for stir fries, deep frying, making eggs, fried rice, even work great as a steamer if you place bamboo baskets on top. Very non-stick after it is seasoned. Way better than any "non-stick" coated cookware. It even makes popcorn!The quality looks good but it’s a little small. Will buy a bigger one but not on Amazon. Don’t want to pay the return shipping $12.
