I love all of my nordic ware cake pans They are extremely well made for lifetime usage. They are durable, the name speaks for itself. Please stop with the baking sprays, these pans require the butter and flour method to coat the pan. Works everytime. I have used the baking sprays and yes they don't work in these pans, it makes the cake stick to the pans every time. Take the time to butter and flour your pans. Thank you Nordic Ware. ?
