I crack one egg, beat yolk and white together in a measuring cup. One egg is perfect in each space. Put on a cookie sheet, put in freezer. Pops out super easy and store frozen single eggs in a freezer baggie. I bought a lot of farm fresh eggs available at a great price and froze them this way. Thaw what you need for baking or scrambled eggs?? Do this before the price for eggs goes any higher!!Like this Silicone Muffin Pan. Batter did not stick, and it is easy to clean. It is floppy but most Silicone Muffin Pans are. I just put it on a metal pan for stability. Still a good purchase!These muffing pans haven't stained, are reasonably non-stick and reasonably easy to clean. I use them up to 400 F. I have purchased three of these pans and all of them pass the pinch test (don't turn white when pinched) and perform similarly. I unfortunately have other "silicone" pans that do not perform nearly as well and don't pass the pinch test. I would recommend these muffin pans.This muffin tray is wonderful. You don't need papers or need to spray and the muffin fall right out. The tray is NOT stable and needs to be placed on a sturdy pan but for the other benefits that's easy to do.Loved the ease of removal of muffins with NO oil or spray used.. muffins baked evenly in toaster oven. Used a small sheet pan beneath muffin pan so it wouldn’t bend putting in oven. Worked fine. Easy to wash.I male muffins almost every dayThis works great. Much better than metal trays.I love having the choice of not using paper liners and know half my muffin won’t be left behind in the pan. Muffins pop right out and the silicon pan goes right into the top rack of the dishwasher!Strong smell of rubber. I've read that good quality silicone should not have any smell.It is what it says it is except it's not as big as I had hoped. About half the size of standard jumbo muffin tins.
