I've been using a regular pan from this company for years. Great nonstick. Cooks evenly and cleans up great. I bought this deep version with the lid. You can do so much with it and it performs well. With the deep version you can braise with the lid. Stir fries without food flying out of the pan. Fried chicken. Really versatile and it's a sturdy and easy to care for pan. No complaints.I have bought three pans so far, the only problem is the more usage of it the coating beings starts to wear off. The best bet is to use a wet sponge Soapy non-scratch sponge to clean it with and use the correct utensils and not put food in it that requires high heat. Otherwise it is an excellent nonstick pan.
